Chrome Extension

# The Fours Chrome extension answers marketplace questions in the tab you're already in.

An AI-powered side panel for cloud marketplace operations. Check whether an integration is really connected, find out why a private offer failed, and generate the mapping script you were about to write by hand — without switching context.

Requires a Fours account. Sign in once, then it follows you across tabs.

What it is

## Fours, in the browser you already have open

The Fours Chrome extension is an AI-powered side panel that gives you access to Fours directly in Chrome for cloud marketplace operations. Install it, sign in, and work with Fours on the pages you already visit.

Marketplace work rarely happens in one place. You are in a cloud provider console, a CRM record, a support thread, or a spec — and the question that stops you is a Fours question. The side panel answers it where the question came up, instead of sending you to another tab to reconstruct the context.

Skills

## Three skills, built for the things that block a marketplace launch

A skill is a task the side panel is trained to complete on its own. The extension ships with three, each aimed at a failure that usually costs an afternoon: a silent integration, an offer that will not create, and a mapping script written by hand.

### Verify marketplace integrations

Confirm that your AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplace integrations are connected.

Integration problems usually surface as a listing that will not publish or an offer that will not send. Ask the side panel to check the AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplace integrations before you spend an afternoon on the symptom.

### Diagnose private offer errors

Find out why a private offer failed to create, without leaving the tab.

Private offer creation fails for reasons that are rarely obvious from the error alone. The side panel reads the failure and explains what went wrong, so the fix goes back to the person who can make it.

### Generate private offer mapping scripts

Produce the mapping script for a private offer instead of hand-writing it.

Mapping offer data into the shape a marketplace expects is repetitive work that breaks quietly. Describe the mapping you need and the side panel generates the script for you to review.

These three are the full documented skill set. The [Fours extension skills reference](https://doc.suger.io/chrome-extension/skills/) is the source of truth as more are added.

Getting started

## Installed and signed in in a couple of minutes

There is no separate account, no workspace to provision, and nothing to configure per marketplace.

1

### Install the extension

Add the Fours extension to Chrome. The quick guide in the docs walks through installation end to end.

2

### Sign in to Fours

Sign in once with your existing Fours account. The panel works against the same organization you use in the console.

3

### Open the side panel

Open the panel on whatever page you are already working in and ask for the skill you need.

Step-by-step installation and sign-in instructions live in the [Chrome extension quick guide](https://doc.suger.io/chrome-extension/quick-guide/). For what the panel is and where it fits, start with the [Chrome extension overview](https://doc.suger.io/chrome-extension/).

Where it fits

## A companion to the console, not a replacement for it

The side panel is deliberately narrow: it handles the checks and fixes that interrupt other work. Listing, offer creation, metering, reporting, and partner programs stay where they belong.

## Fours Chrome extension questions

What it does, what it needs, and what it deliberately leaves to the console.

What is the Fours Chrome extension? +

The Fours Chrome extension is an AI-powered side panel that puts Fours in your browser for cloud marketplace operations. You install it, sign in with your Fours account, and use it on the pages you already work in.

What can the side panel actually do? +

Three documented skills: verify your AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplace integrations, diagnose private offer creation errors, and generate private offer mapping scripts. The skills reference in the Fours docs covers each one in detail.

Do I need a Fours account to use it? +

Yes. The extension is a companion to the Fours platform, not a standalone tool. You sign in with your existing Fours account, and the side panel works against the same organization and data you see in the console.

Which marketplaces does integration verification cover? +

AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Those are the three the integration verification skill is documented against. Every marketplace Fours supports is still managed in the console and the API.

Does the extension handle partner deal registration? +

Outbound deal registration and CRM auto-fill belong to Fours PRM, not to the marketplace-operations skills documented here. See the Fours PRM page for how partner deals get registered and synced to Salesforce or HubSpot.

Does it replace the Fours console? +

No. The side panel is for quick checks and fixes while you are working elsewhere in the browser. Listing management, offer creation, metering, and reporting stay in the Fours console and API.
