# Privacy request

Use this form to ask Fours what personal information we hold about you, to delete or correct it, or to stop selling or sharing it. You don't need an account. You can also email [privacy@suger.io](mailto:privacy@suger.io).

## We have your request

Your request number is . Please quote it if you contact us.

What happens next: we confirm who you are by matching what you told us with what we already hold, and we may email you to check. We will not ask for a government ID unless there is no other way. We aim to respond within 30 days and must respond within 45 days; if we need longer, we will tell you why before then. An opt-out takes effect within 15 business days at most.

If your information reached us because you deal with one of our customers — as their buyer, partner or contact — that customer decides what happens to it, and we will pass your request to them.
