FAQ

## Developer questions, answered

Where can I find Fours' documentation? +

The full Fours documentation lives at doc.suger.io. It covers setup, integration, API reference, SDKs, and step-by-step guides for every marketplace workflow.

How long does it take to get started with Fours? +

Most ISVs go live in 5–10 business days from submission — the variable part is the marketplace review queue, not Fours. Using the quickstart guide and prebuilt connectors, the transaction path and first private offer follow in days, not months.

Does Fours require engineering resources to set up? +

Minimal. Fours provides prebuilt, API-first marketplace connections and no-code workflows. Business and operations teams can manage listings, offers, and reporting directly without engineering involvement.

Can I test Fours in a sandbox? +

Yes. A Fours customer can have a separate dev org in Fours connected to various system sandboxes (e.g. Salesforce, Stripe) for end-to-end testing before going live.

Where do I get support if I'm stuck? +

Enterprise customers have dedicated Slack channels with the Fours team. All customers can email support@suger.io or schedule a call with their customer success manager.
